Changes to pre-removal risk assessment (PRRA) for Belarus

Certain individuals from Belarus can now apply for a pre-removal risk assessment (PRRA) if they received a final negative decision from the Immigration and Refugee Board or Federal Court, or a final PRRA decision from IRCC, between February 20th, 2020 and February 19th, 2021.
